The Sevier County Democratic Partyannounces their Reorganization Convention 2025! Saturday, April 12that the King Family Library, Burchfield Room, 408 High Street, Sevierville. Registrationwill begin at 1:00PM, the doors will close at 2:00PM. The convention will beginwhen everyone in line at that time has been registered.
We need new committee members andvolunteers to keep the momentum going. New people bring renewed energy, ideas,skills and viewpoints! Some of us have been involved for a few months, some afew years, and some a decade or more. It’s nice to have social media likeFacebook or Instagram to blow off steam, but the real work is done at meetingsand events. Come out and get involved!
The Executive Committee is made up ofSevier County residents, registered to vote in Sevier County, who believe inthe ideals, principles, and values of the Democratic Party. All bona fideDemocrats present can participate and vote in Reorganization and may becomepart of the Executive Committee. You can run and/or vote for the following: Chair, Vice Chair(s), Secretary, Treasurer and two ExecutiveCommittee Members for each of our 11 county commission districts.
