Join us for the first of several non-partisan Community Town Halls! We will pass the mic so we can hear your thoughts on the following topics:
Our Parks – The Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Healthcare- Medicare, Medicaid and the ACA
Social Security (is not an “entitlement”)
The Economy – tariffs, grocery tax, defunding food banks & the cost of eggs
Speakers will have 2-3 minutes to share their story so that everyone will have a chance to speak. After each topic, we may have a brief discussion by a person who is knowledgeable about the issue to suggest solutions or update us with factual information.
We can’t fit it all in one session! Future town halls will include Education, Veteran’s Benefits, Women’s Rights, and Election Integrity, and other suggestions that we receive from you! Please be sure to drop your suggestion in the box on site.
We want to hear from you! What is important, how we can help, and what you want to talk about in the future. We care about our community and we want to do what we can to make sure that future candidates represent all of us.

Join the Sevier County Democrats as we pick up litter along 2 miles of Newport Highway for the Adopt-A-Highway program! We will meet in the parking lot in front of the Food City, 2339Newport Highway, Sevierville, on Saturday May 31, 2025 at 9:00 am to distribute vests, grabbers, and trash bags for our Adopt a Highway trash pickup.

Students needing TN Promise hours are welcome! No volunteers under 12 years of age per TDOT rules. Must have parent or guardian permission.
